The flagship agency and platform website for SiteSwarm (siteswarm.dev).

apps/marketing serves as the public-facing storefront and reference implementation of SiteSwarm’s autonomous agency model. It showcases high-conviction edge architecture, radical pricing transparency, interactive ROI calculators, and zero-maintenance delivery on Cloudflare Workers.

⚡ Architecture & Deployment

The application is built with Astro 5 configured for pure static site generation (SSG) with dynamic edge API endpoints:

Static SSG (output: "static"): Pre-rendered HTML/CSS assets delivered globally via Cloudflare Anycast edge network with sub-15ms TTFB.
Cloudflare Workers Adapter: Powered by @astrojs/cloudflare with imageService: "passthrough" for zero-overhead static asset delivery.
Stateless Edge Execution (0 Session KV): Operates in pure stateless mode (storage: { mode: "static-only" }) with zero session KV or persistent database locks.
Multi-Environment Routing: Defined in wrangler.jsonc:
- Production: siteswarm.dev, marketing.siteswarm.dev
- Staging: marketing-staging.jacobmiller22.com
- Preview: Ephemeral Cloudflare Workers preview deployments

🧩 Capabilities Consumed

apps/marketing consumes headless horizontal platform packages from the SiteSwarm workspace, enforcing strict separation between business logic and bespoke presentation:

@siteswarm/lead-capture:
- Handles client inquiry intake via /api/submit-inquiry.ts.
- Enforces Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification.
- Dispatches immediate email notifications without storing PII on edge storage (storeSubmissions: false).
@siteswarm/health:
- Provides edge liveness probe endpoint at /api/health.ts for synthetic monitoring and uptime verification.
@siteswarm/seo:
- Manages dynamic Open Graph images, canonical URLs, XML sitemaps (/sitemap.xml.ts), and Schema.org LocalBusiness JSON-LD structured data in src/layouts/Layout.astro.
@siteswarm/governance:
- Validates client metadata, brand tokens, and capability bindings at compile time via swarm.config.ts.
